Return and Exchange Policy
- If you don’t want item for any reason return it, except Undergarment or used are non-returnable. You may return within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not offer any exchange. Please do not request for exchange, you should place new order for your required items.
- Due to Hygienic condition we do not accept any return of undergarment or used items unless received damage or wrong item.
- Return or Exchange on Clearance, Closeout & Mill Ship items is not entertained. All Sales are Final. Items will be marked clearly on website. In case of defective or damaged, we will happily accept returns on these items.
- Altered or washed items are not acceptable.
- For embroidery orders there are no returns and refunds.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns for Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico orders.
* 15% Restocking fees will be apply on selected items (Condition Apply)
Return Procedure
ApparelShopUSA will not accept any return without a RA Number for Return you need to contact our customer support team from our contact us page or email at support@apparelshopusa.com. Once the return request will be received, our customer service department will contact you within few business hours with detail instructions so that you could easily return the package and when the package will receive in our warehouse the refund will be proceed in couple of days.
